You can freely use in your campaign the following magic items, converted from previous editions of the D&D game.
Shield of Blow Turning
Armor (shield), rare (requires attunement)
When you are target of an attack, you can use your reaction to expend 1 charge to redirect toward another creature within 5 feet from you.
You can use a bonus action to expend a charge to cast sanctuary (spell save DC 15).
The shield has 6 charges and regains 1d4+2 charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1 the shield becomes a non magical shield.
Shield of Charm
Armor (shield), uncommom (requires attunement)
You gain a +1 bonus to AC while holding this shield.
Once per day when you're hit by a weapon attack you can use your reaction to cast Charm Person (spell save DC 14).
If the attacker made a melee weapon attack he rolls the ST with disadvantage.
Shield of Cure Wounds
Armor (shield), rare (requires attunement)
You gain a +1 bonus to AC while holding this shield.
Once per day you can use your action to heal half of your maximum hp. You can only heal yourself.
Shield of Electricity
Armor (shield), rare (requires attunement)
You gain a +1 bonus to AC while holding this shield.
You can use a bonus action to charge it with magical electrical force. If you're hit by a melee attack while the shield is "charged", the attacker takes 8d6 lightnining damage. The attacker rolls a CON ST DC 15 to take only half damage.
You can use a bonus action to discharge the shield.
You can charge or discharge the shield any times you want but you can cause damage only once per day.
Laeral's Spell
Armor (shield), legendary (requires attunement)
This shield is named for the legendary Faerunian wizardess who firstly devised it.
You gain a +1 bonus to AC while holding this shield.
While wearing it you gain immunity by damage from the following spells:
blade barrier, shillelagh, spiritual weapon.
In addition when you're target of a magic missile spell you can use your reaction to expend 1 charge to cast shield.
If you're target of a ranged weapon attack you can use your reaction expend 1 charge to rebound the attack to the opponent. The attack number is the same rolled by the attacker but it's considered magical.
The shield has 6 charges and regains 1d4+2 charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1 the shield becomes a non magical shield.
The last magical shield is originally from the Forgotten Realms campaign setting but you can easily adapt to any setting.
